and having great fun. The ski has now done 130 hours which is low for it`s age and I have replaced whatever needs to be replaced on the Ski at whatever cost and kept all receipts. The engine bay is in excellent condition for it`s age and the engine runs extremely well, last serviced at the beginning of the Season. Top Speed of 55mph which is very good for this ski. The engine has 150 psi on each cylinder which is very good and important to check when buying a second hand ski. Acceleration is excellent due to a new Impeller and intake grate fitted recently. There are marks on the underside of the ski which is normal for it`s age and colour. I have replaced the stupid thumb throttle for a UMI finger throttle which makes such a difference. I have also just fitted a new starter motor costing £160. I will through in £50 worth of two stroke oil. Comes complete with trailer (no trailer light board). of fun on it. The engine had a full proffesional rebuild and has had aprox 35 hours of running since. Every time the ski has come out of the water it has been flushed via the new flushing kit fitted last month,cleaned and wiped over with a protecting oil. A brand new slolas concord impellor has just been fitted less than 2 hours running, also the shaft bearings and impellor bearings and seals have all been renewed, this has given even better turning and low speed power to an already brilliant ski. The impellor cost £245 from watercraft world and still has the box and recipt to go with the ski. The hull has the usual beaching marks underneath and one or 2 patches of paint missing where your feet go but apart from that the ski is in excellent condition, the VTS and all the guages work and it starts on the Button,the ski is always waxed with carnubria wax after every trip out. The ski comes with a trailer, the bearings are fine and there is a new jockey wheel fitted. I am selling this ski with regret and will be sad to see it go, unfortunately due to falling behind with the morguage my ski and car both need to go. out on theres at hayling (she had a blonde 5 min ) she has had it aprox 3 years but it has not been used for the last 2 years .It has been left stored in her garage until recently when she has asked me to sell it for her. I went to start it but the battery was flat so have just put brand new battery on it and some new petrol and it started with no problems. It is a seadoo xp and the year is 1997 she was told when she brought it .the condition overall is good but there are some minor marks as you would exspect with this year of ski . the seat has some small tears to the cover as shown in picture where she never clipped seat on properly whilst towing and it fell off .(again another blonde moment) The trailer is also included in this sale ,there are surface rust marks on the trailer and the wheel bearings may need checking as these have not been done since she has had it . she towed this to my house in Horndean hampshire from london last week and they were ok then .There is also flush tube and cover included ,You are welcome to view before auction ending but evenings and weekends only . i have this avertised elswhere so have the write to remove at any time . please if you want to ask any questions via ebay message as my email not working. trailer which is fine for towing could do with mud guards fitting. The ski is at the moment a non runner it has been layed up for some time and it will not start. I have spent a bit of time trying to get it to start but, I can`t spend any more time or money on achieving this. The engine does turn over and it is sparking. When you turn it over it really gives you the feeling its about to go but, doesn`t quite get there. There is the odd back fire when it has been turn over. The ski also has a new battery. I can not provide the hours ran as the reader is not displaying it. It just shows four dashes. The overall condition is good just needs a good clean and polish. I have given as much information as I can to hopefully give someone the encouragement to give it a good home. I do feel that its not got a lot wrong with it if you have the know how. The engine is as sweet as a nut, everything works as it should do. Trailer has 2 news hubs and bearings. The wheels are very wide which helps on sand, so it doesn`t sink. undergone a complete engine rebuild and rebore in April of this year by JET SHED. It has a new battery. All receipts for the work will be provided. The ski has been well maintained and really has to be seen to be appreciated. The engine is a two stroke but is extremely economical. The ski has been run in carefully following the rebuild. The ski comes with two lanyards, one full power and one learner which restricts the speed to 30 mph. The top speed is approximately 62-65 mph!!!!! The ski has the benefit of the datatag security feature. The ski has the injection unit fitted which is more precise. It starts first time and is also fitted with the electronic VTS which allows the rider to adjust the ride position depending on the water condition. It also has the reverse function to allow easy launch and docking. We have used the ski mainly at Colwyn Bay Jet Ski club and is registered for use in Gwyneth, Wales until April 2011. We have carefully flushed out the engine after every use and always had the bombadier oil sprayed into the chambers for protection and lubrication. The ski comes with a roller coaster trailer and has had new bearings and tyres fitted to it in April. The winch is fantastic on the trailer, very strong and easy to use. about mixing it yourself. Few marks here or there but nothing that affects the overall look and feel. Most marks are on the underside from it being beached by previous owner. Used in fresh and salt water but always flushed thouroughly after use. Never winterised as i used it throughout the winter (with a good wet suit). Always garaged. Bought a year ago as a first ski to see how i got on. I caught the bug and now selling to make way for new ski. Previous owner changed the handlebar arrangement and added a finger throttle, but all original parts will be included if you should ever wish to change back. Just had new spark plugs (NGK BR8ES) and a new choke cable. Also has sonar depth gauge with shallow water alarm (just in case). Very quick - GPS measured 43mph in the sea with small swell. Will go quicker on calm water. Has a waterproof storage area in the bow that has room for plenty of gear and has dedicated drinks can holders. the money to just leave it with a dealer to repair. I have taken it to be put on the seadoo computer which was about an hours drive away and no faults came up so i guess the next stage is taking stuff apart. Starts perfect everytime but only does about 40mph i have been told the supercharger washers are a common problem on these but i have no means of taking it to a proper dealer to find out, which is hours away from me in bristol. This could be an easy fix if you know how. I have been offered £2000 by someone at my local lake so anymore and its yours. Even if it costs 2k to fix this is still a great deal for a awesome machine.
